Terri Marie

Once in a while, an artist comes along that completely changes your view on music. Their sound seems to come from a place that has never been explored, a place that conventional musical styles simply can’t go.

The song structure and vocal melodies are raw, strange and beautiful. So unique to the artist that they just don’t seem to be under the influence of anything that has come before them. Such an intimate bond between the artist and their music is a rare thing. And you get the sense that when you listen to their music, it feels as if you are eavesdropping on their most intimate moments.
Should they decide to write a piece of music in a given style, no matter how distinct or well established the style is, you feel as if you are hearing it for the first time.

Scudley Records has found such an artist - Terri Marie
At age 22, Terri is very new to the music scene. Originally from Canada, Terri has been travelling around the world and her travels led her to Perth, Western Australia, where Scudley Records first came across her music.
With no album to her name, and very little exposure both here and abroad, Scudley Records decided that something needed to be done to get her incredible music heard. With only two weeks to record, Terri Marie and Scudley Records producer Peter Renzullo recorded her debut album “Something Simple”.
With Terri providing her voice and acoustic guitar work, and Peter Renzullo providing the rest, Terri Marie’s debut album has finally completed production and is available through iTunes.
During Terri’s time at Scudley Records, 4 live recorded videos were produced, here’s one of them:
You can hear some of Terri’s music from the album “Something Simple” right here:
As well as this, Terri is featured in an exclusive interview to discuss the album through “Close to Nowhere” which will aired all over the UK, Europe, USA and Canada, as well as right here on Scudley Records. Here is the link to that episode:
“Something Simple” is now available through all online outlets such as iTunes and CD Baby.
