I occasionally get asked to record demos for emerging bands, alot of which haven’t even performed their music live. And VERY occasionally I find myself recording a fully formed, highly experienced group that know their songs inside and out – enter Such a Wreck.
Now I wouldn’t normally put up Demos that I’ve recorded since the aim of this site is to promote my studio quality productions, but this band just could not be left out of the mix. The song-writing and general musicianship of the guys is outstanding. Considering I’ve done NO tweaking of the drum timing, guitar performance, or even vocal rhythm, Such a Wreck are something of a rarity. They are looking to produce a studio album later in the year (possibly through Scudley Records?) and if their other music is as catchy and fun as their demos, wow!
